Kudos to Mary Beth and Julie for fixing a nice breakfast for the firemen from Toulon, Wyoming, and LaFayette, who worked out at the site of the Toulon Cold Storage fire call today. And thanks go out to the Bradford fire district for being on standby, and to Wyoming and LaFayette for responding to our mutual aid calls so quickly. Thanks also goes to the Stark County Ambulance for asking if they were needed. Thanks goes to the Kewanee Hazmat team for their quick response to our call for aid, and to Connie's for providing another place for the evacuees to go so early in the morning. This shows what we can do when all of us pull together as one. Three cheers for big hearts and giving natures.

My Kudos is also for Chief Taylor. You sir , are an honorable gentleman. You are also fair and care about others. You are a role model that our children desperately need. Thank you.

Go figure Officer Taylor dedicated twenty some years to his job in Toulon. The man who fired him has had 5 different jobs in the short time I have known him. He was mayor the last time for 2 years before he resigned, and it didn't have anything to do with his job as he described at the candidates forum, that was bs.. Ask the old council members if you want the truth!

Kudos to all of the children that participated in the elementary school talent show last night! It was so much fun watching you all perform! It is nice to see the talented youngsters we have in Stark County. We had a little bit of everything: dancing, singing, tumbling, guitar playing, and everything in between! Also, a BIG THANK YOU to Mrs. Bennett for organizing the whole thing! From practices to the actual performances, WHAT A BIG JOB!! ;D

Kudo's also to Officer Taylor! He is one of the most professional men that I know. If you read this blog, I hope that you realize that alot of people support you, whether you go back to work for the city, or whatever you decide to do.

I too give three cheers, and a big KUDOs to the Toulon City council for having the city in their best intrest, rather than having a dictator tell everyone, that it is his town to do what he wants

Our community can again be proud of a group of our kids: Jasmine Wyant, Brittany Serpette, and Taylor Wilkinson sang the National Anthem at the June 6th Peoria Pirates football game at the Peoria Civic Center. They did a fine job. Kudos to you, girls.

Yes. Kudos to Jasmine, Brittany, and Taylor. I've heard them sing several times at basketball, and volleyball games. They have beautiful voices, and they always due a great job. I'm not sure, but aren't those girls also in band? Nice to see that fine arts programs makes a great impact on our students.

Yes, Jasmine, Brittany and Taylor are in band. We do have a great fine arts program. That would include the drama and art activities as well. And one of the beauties of a smaller school is that all the kids have the opportunity to be in so many different kinds of activities, including fine arts and sports. No wonder our students do well in the big world; we give them so many chances back here at home.
